BERGQUIST® SIL PAD TSP 900, the original silicone-based insulator reinforced with fibreglass
BERGQUIST® SIL PAD TSP 900 is a composite of silicone rubber and fibreglass. The material is a flame retardant specially designed to serve as a thermally conductive insulator. The main use of the original Sil-Pad® material is to electrically insulate energy sources from heat sinks. BERGQUIST SIL PAD TSP 900 has excellent mechanical and physical properties. The surfaces are flexible and allow for complete surface contact with excellent heat dissipation. BERGQUIST SIL PAD TSP 900 actually improves its thermal resistance over time. The glass fibre reinforcement provides excellent cut resistance. In addition, BERGQUIST SIL PAD TSP 900 is non-toxic and resistant to damage from cleaning agents.
