BERGQUIST® HI FLOW THF 1500P is a thermally conductive phase change material reinforced with a naturally slightly sticky polyimide film on one side. The polyimide film ensures high dielectric strength and high breakdown resistance. BERGQUIST HI FLOW THF 1500P guarantees reliability at high temperatures for automotive applications. BERGQUIST HI FLOW THF 1500P is designed to be placed between a high-power electrical device requiring electrical insulation and the heat sink, and is ideal for automatic distribution systems. HENKEL recommends using spring clips to ensure constant pressure with the component interface and heat sink. Refer to the TO-220 thermal performance data to determine the spring rating for your application.
