BERGQUIST® HI FLOW THF 1400P is a thermally conductive phase change material with natural tack on one side and reinforced with a polyimide film. The polyimide film provides high dielectric strength and tear resistance. BERGQUIST HI FLOW THF 1400P offers excellent handling and coating peel characteristics. The material is designed for use between an electronic power component requiring electrical insulation and its heat sink. HENKEL recommends using clamps for phase change materials to ensure constant pressure between the component interface and the heat sink.
