BERGQUIST® GAP PAD® TGP 5000 is a glass fibre reinforced filler and polymer with high thermal conductivity. The material is extremely flexible while maintaining elasticity and conformability. The glass fibre reinforcement provides easy handling and conversion, additional electrical insulation and tear resistance. The natural tack on both sides facilitates application and allows the product to effectively fill air gaps, while improving overall thermal performance. The top has reduced tack for easier handling. BERGQUIST® GAP PAD® TGP 5000 is ideal for high-performance applications with low mounting pressures.
