BERGQUIST® GAP PAD® TGP 1300, reinforced, highly conformable, thermally conductive Class S gap filling material. BERGQUIST® GAP PAD® TGP 1300 is a highly conformal gap pad material ideal for conductors of fragile components. The material is reinforced with fiberglass to improve penetration resistance and facilitate handling. BERGQUIST® GAP PAD® 1500S30 retains its conformable yet elastic nature which ensures excellent interfacing and wetting, even on very rough or irregular surfaces. Both sides of the material have an intrinsic tack making annoying adhesive layers unnecessary.
