In a controlled atmosphere, the clean room allows for numerous integrations without the risk of damage from potential electrostatic charges, dust, and humidity.

Touch Panel Integrations

  • Integration of touch panels in "air gap" in our clean room for small and medium series.
  • Integration of touch panels using various bonding types: OCA, OCR, LuciBond. This technology protects the screen from UV rays, resists shocks, and improves screen visibility in bright environments (viewing angle, contrast, reflection index <1%).
  • Production of specific monitors with PCAP panel.
  • Development of custom plastic bezels around the PCAP.

Screen Integrations

  • Design, integration, and production of custom screens.
  • Production of custom LVDS and backlight cables.
  • Creation of open frames.
  • Mechanical Integration
  • A/D interface card (VGA, DVI, HDMI, DP input) for TFT screens.
